Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry on Friday constituted a five-member larger bench headed by Justice Khilji Arif Hussain to hear the Presidential Reference filed in the Apex Court under Article 186 of the Constitution. The five-member bench comprising Justice Khilji Arif Hussain, Justice Tariq Pervez, Justice Ijaz Afzal, Justice Gulzar Ahmed and Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed will hear the Presidential Reference on Monday (December 10) according to the cause list issued by the Supreme Court here on Friday.

The bench will also hear the petition filed by Nadeem Ahmed through his counsel Muhammad Akram Sheikh.
